Erick attended the Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA), where he studied arranging, composition, and guitar. He studied with Howard Roberts and Mick Goodrick. He has served as a clinician for the Yamaha Corporation for guitars, synthesizers, and recording equipment. He has played professionally and taught for 20 years. Erick’s compositions and productions have aired on several major networks, including ABC, NBC, ESPN and CNN.

Erick has written several books and articles on synthesizer programming and production. He has worked in music production at Crossroads Community Church, and has been Music Director at Rolling Hills Community Church. He currently performs and is developing a guitar method series.
