Clearance Definitions
Website Homepage Usage: Single continuous use of music appearing on the homepage of a site. Does not include looping or changes to the page. Display period is licensed for either 13 weeks or one year. Fee options available for unlimited or limited page views.
Website Sub-page Usage: Single continuous use of music appearing on any page not considered to be part of the opening of the site. Does not include looping or changes to page. Display period is licensed for either 13 weeks or one year.
Website Changes: Considered to be revisions in visual, audio or informational content affecting the viewer’s understanding of the site or product.
Additional Internet Usage Information
Internet Program: Usage of music in a single linear Internet production used for informational, educational or entertainment programming. Includes flash movies and streaming. (See Internet Program)
Promotional Use: Production created to promote a product, service or company to the public. Most homepage uses are considered promotional. (See Promos)
Informational Use: Production created to supply information of an educational nature; not promotional. Usually (but not always) located on a sub-page. Includes internal Intranet use. Please contact IGS for a quote.
